At Ets Travel Firm, we aim to provide smooth and reliable travel services. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed for our tour packages, hotel bookings, flight bookings, bus bookings, and other travel services.


1. Nature of Services

Ets Travel Firm provides travel-related services. Since these are service-based bookings (not physical products), “returns” do not apply in the traditional sense. Refunds are subject to cancellation terms and third-party provider policies.


2. Cancellation Policy

A. Flight Bookings

  • Cancellation charges depend on airline policies.

  • Some tickets (especially promotional fares) may be non-refundable.

  • Airline cancellation fees and service charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

B. Hotel Bookings

  • Refund eligibility depends on hotel cancellation policy.

  • Certain discounted or promotional bookings may be non-refundable.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full booking charges.

C. Bus Bookings

  • Refunds are subject to the bus operator’s cancellation policy.

  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation.

D. Tour Packages

  • Cancellation charges depend on the number of days before departure.

  • Non-refundable bookings (flights, hotels, permits, etc.) within the package will be deducted.

  • Customized tour packages may have separate cancellation conditions.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed after receiving confirmation from airlines, hotels, or service providers.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 7–15 working days, depending on banks and service providers.

  • Service charges charged by Ets Travel Firm may be non-refundable.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be applicable in cases such as:

  • No-show at airport/hotel/bus boarding point

  • Incorrect details provided by customer

  • Visa rejection (unless specifically mentioned in package terms)

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, etc.)


5. Changes & Modifications

  • Date changes or rescheduling may attract additional charges.

  • Fare differences must be paid by the customer.

  • Changes are subject to availability and third-party approval.


6. Special Refund Cases

In case of:

  • Flight cancellation by airline

  • Hotel overbooking

  • Service unavailability

Refunds will be processed as per the service provider’s policies.
